Description
The Swidi fig is a medium to large fruit with dark purple to almost black skin and soft, juicy flesh. It has a rich sweet flavor when fully ripe and develops properly only with pollination. Because of its thin skin and high moisture content, it is not suitable for drying and is best enjoyed fresh, straight from the tree.
